Before becoming a Personal trainer and setting up Andali Fitness in 2015 I served 14 years in Her Majesty's Royal Marines, three years teaching in High Schools and eight years ensuring the safe passage of merchant shipping through High Risk Areas.
There is no such thing as a stupid question apart from the one that you don't ask.
